Rescheduling and Cancellation policy

The customer must indicate via email, the request to reschedule a class no less than 10 working days prior to the week of training. An administration fee of 150.00 dollars (euros or currency of location will be clarified as needed ) will be added to the bill. Classes that cancel less than 10 business days before the training date will pay 50% of the tuition list price. Failure to provide the required information 7 days prior to class will also experience increased costs for travel/shipping as based on the industry. Classes cancelled 5 business days prior to the scheduled class will forfeit 100% tuition fees/credits, restocking fees and all related T&E charges. ADVA Optical Networking reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class prior to the scheduled event due to personnel emergencies, damaged or lost equipment in shipment, Acts of Nature or man-made events and will provide an alternative date that best meets the customers and ADVA Optical Networking’s needs. All fees subject to rescheduling or cancelling a class by the customer’s request will be passed on to the customer. The customer is required to re-submit the P.O. with the adjusted cost as indicated by ADVA Optical Networking prior to training.

The customer will pay a flat engineering fee for any travel day to or from the site at 600 dollars (euros or currency of location will be clarified as needed ) per day as indicated in the contract. A travel day is defined as a day in which training is not conducted, but the trainer is traveling to or from a customer location.

ADVA Optical Networking reserves the rights to change its curricula and content without notice. ADVA Optical Networking will provide a best effort to deliver the content as outline at the time of scheduling or as agreed to by training and the global training manager. This also applies to specialized requests that do not foster the required training time or content as developed by ADVA Optical Networking. Specialized training can be accommodated and will incur additional fees as indicated by ADVA Optical Networking. Special course development or combined course requests will require a 12 week lead time or as required, depending on the project.
